Sterling Capital Finance (SE) Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Sterling Capital Finance) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The information that follows explains how Sterling Capital Finance conducts its business, what you can expect from us and the nature of your financial commitment, should you choose to make one whilst using our services.

Our Customer Promise

We are determined to ensure you always receive the best possible service from us.

Our firm intention is that any contact your have with us, from your first call or email onwards, is addressed promptly, clearly and professionally.

We aim to ensure that any questions you may have are answered clearly and accurately and that any issues during the sales process are dealt with to your complete satisfaction.

Should you take out asset finance through Sterling Capital Finance we aim to ensure that by the end of the sales process you are completely satisfied that our service has met your needs.

Our Service

Sterling Capital Finance was established in 1998. We use our extensive understanding of the asset finance market and our wide-ranging and long-­standing relationships with many of the UK’s major lenders, to match your individual asset finance requirement to the right choice for you from a range of potential financial products and lenders.

We also have two specialist automobile finance brands, Supercar Finance and Classic Motor Finance, which are both trading divisions of Sterling Capital Finance (SE) Ltd., which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Financial products we offer through our relationships with UK lenders include Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase, Finance Lease, Operating Lease, and Commercial Loan.

Will you have to pay us for our services?

You will pay no fee or commission to Sterling Capital Finance. The lender who provides you with the asset finance to meet your requirement will pay us a commission.

Before entering into a contract or upon request we will ensure you receive Pre-­Contract Credit Information for products regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This information will clearly inform you about any other charges relating to any particular product.

Unhappy?

There is of course a possibility that you may be unhappy with the service that you receive from us.

Please let us know immediately if this is the case. You will find us determined, if at all possible, to put things right. If you want to make a complaint, you can do this in a number of ways:
